Duplex in Restelo

Lisbon, PT. 2020 Private client _ Rehabilitation project "We finally bought a house! We already have the construction team and a start date set, but we need help with the layout study, bathrooms, and kitchen." We immediately moved forward with the preliminary study, the floor plan featuring the equipment layout, and the execution project for the bathrooms and kitchen. We also handled the tile layout (stereotomy), the finishes schedule, and the selection of materials—all in harmony with a great team executing the work. House ready, a life project beginning, the furniture moving in, and what an enormous pleasure it was to receive a dinner invitation! The client was satisfied, but we were even more so for having been a part of such an important phase as buying a first home. We thank you for the trust placed in our work!
