Apartment in Areeiro II

Lisbon, PT. 2020 Private client _ Rehabilitation project "I bought a house and I'm going to renovate it!" A team was quickly assembled, ready to spring into action. It was a deep intervention: new plumbing and electrical grid, a wall came down, and a living and dining room perfect for hosting friends was born. We carried out a careful lighting study, transformed a sunroom (at the time enclosed and heavily degraded) which returned to its origins as an open balcony, and created a pink kitchen... why not? This was a project that was a pleasure to watch unfold. Not only because of the importance of it being a "first home", but also due to the challenge of managing materials and textures so that, in the end, the space was ready to receive the furniture and belongings worthy of a client with great taste. We thank you for the trust placed in our work and the privilege of being able to be part of such an important milestone in our client's life!
